For the last 10 years, led the asset management function for a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a portfolio valued over $600M, consisting of over 3.5 square feet across 15 assets in 25 states. Responsibilities included managing operations, overseeing property managers, budgeting, leasing, investor reporting, and acquisition underwriting.
