Our Company Referral Program was designed for our partners who have relationships with and can make a warm introduction (one where you directly introduce us and recommend our services) to CEOs, Presidents, VPs or other decision-making individuals of companies that have direct placement hiring needs.
If we sign a service agreement and successfully fill a position as a direct result of your warm introduction, we offer you a one-time 10% referral bonus as a “Thank You” for helping us to grow our business.
Our search fee is based on a percentage of the placed candidate’s first year’s annual compensation. 10% of that fee would be the bonus to you and is payable within 30 days after the guarantee period expired.
Example
We place a candidate at a compensation of $100,000 at a 30% fee. The position was a warm introduction referral to a new client company. Our fee to the company would be $30,000. Your referral bonus for the warm introduction would be $3,000.
